Dr Ant Webb is a Mindset Practitioner, speaker, author and creator of Switched On Thinking®️. While he has worked with business owners and leaders for over 12 years. His work is grounded in psychology, neuroscience and lived experience. After reaching rock bottom in 2015, Dr Ant experienced how unconscious patterns, beliefs and emotions influence how we think, feel and act. He now helps people recognise those patterns, understand themselves and take ownership.
Dr Ant is an ambassador for No One Here Is Me and committed to helping people realise they are not alone.
Darren Stephens has spent more than 25 years working in public and private security, supporting and protecting people from all walks of life. Darren is also a volunteer technical rescue officer with HM Coastguard. Combat sports have been a major part of his life and he teaches martial arts and boxing in Canterbury, helping people develop confidence, discipline, resilience and a stronger sense of self-worth.
Supporting men’s mental health is something that Darren cares deeply about.
James Dand is an inner-leadership and mindset speaker, who helps people strengthen their self-perception, build confidence and resilience, and develop healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges. James’s believes that how we see ourselves influences how we think, feel, behave and respond to the world around us. His work explores self-worth, identity, mind-talk, limiting beliefs, confidence, courage and personal growth.
James helps people to better understand the patterns that may be holding them back and offers practical tools to apply in everyday life.
Jayne Wright is a West Yorkshire born musician and artist, now based in Margate, Kent. Since moving to Margate in 2021 she has made some large scale art projects : The Mermaid Army (sculptures, plaques and tiles), Tiles of Joy (a community ceramic art project with over 2000 local participants), Water Features, Tulip Vases, Amphorae and her hand made tiles. Her work is steeped in narrative and a fascination with peculiar things. She values process and play as part of her creative practice.
Jayne founded JAW Ceramics CIC to support the community art projects.
Lauren Wilbrow is a health and wellness coach. She looks at body system, from sleep patterns to illnesses, from life stresses to daily diet, to identify where changes can be made, to help combat low mood, poor concentration, anxiety, feeling drained and burnt out. She helps people go from exhausted to energised, through sustainable habit changes, better sleep routines, and realistic nutrition shifts.
Lauren spent many years with poor mental and physical health and fully understands the challenges.
Nathan Hinckley has battled mental health struggles for most of his life. From rejection through football academies, being bullied at school, and struggling with alcohol, there have been times when he felt completely lost and alone. Which is why he’s taking on the challenge of running from London to Paris in just 3 days for Movember 2026.
For Nathan, this is about proving that pain can be turned into purpose; raising awareness for men’s mental health and showing people that no matter how hard life gets, you can keep moving forward one step at a time.
Matthew McKew is a former freelance journalist for CNN turned stand up comedian. He headlined the Jurassic Camp Festival, performed at Bournemouth Pavilion Theatre, Portsmouth Guildhall, the Secret Comedy Club in Brighton and the Edinburgh Fringe. In May 2026, he made his first documentary, with screening at the Granville Theatre, Ramsgate. In his past life, he broke world exclusive news stories during the Christchurch Terror Attack and White Island Volcanic eruption, and had investigative reports used in Commons evidence and debates.
Matthew has a friendly, cheeky style of comedy – a mix of observational and silly with occasional crowd work.
Nik Glancy is a qualified Integrative Therapeutic Counsellor based in Canterbury and with over 20 years’ experience as a therapist. He works with adults facing a broad range of issues, helping them navigate life’s challenges with compassion, understanding, and effective therapeutic support. Each person is unique, with their own personal history, and Nik’s approach, is to understand the difficulties his client is facing and help uncover inner strengths and solutions that can be harnessed for positive change.
Nik has a warm, supportive, collaborative and confidential approach.
