Nik Glancy is a qualified Integrative Therapeutic Counsellor based in Canterbury, with over 20 years’ experience. He works with adults facing a broad range of issues, helping them navigate life’s challenges with compassion, understanding, and effective therapeutic support. Nik’s approach, is to understand the difficulties his client is facing and help uncover inner strengths and solutions that can be harnessed for positive change.

Rob Allen is a qualified integrative counsellor and prior to that, a surveyor’s assistant, kitchen porter, bookseller, teacher and mentor. The question “How do we live a meaningful and fulfilling life, given the circumstances we find ourselves in?” has shaped both his personal and professional journey. He has worked with Cruse, as a Bereavement Volunteer and with Trauma Informed Schools UK, as a Home-Group Tutor. As a member of the Existential Movement, he is particularly interested in helping people face up to the challenges in their lives and discover the courage, wisdom and determination they need to grow through difficult experiences.
